Customer Success Manager; Fully Remote

• Trusted advisor for clinicians, ensuring adoption and consistent use of Osmind's EHR and RCM services.
• Focus on customer happiness, retention, and proactive problem-solving to reduce churn.

What You'll Do:

• Drive product adoption and resolve issues before they become risks.
• Deliver training and enablement to build confidence and fluency.
• Partner with Product, Support, and RCM teams to improve customer experience.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in customer success, account management, or implementation at a SaaS company.
• Direct experience with RCM processes and EHR systems.
• Strong communication, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple clients.
