Sezzle is seeking a Chargeback Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in the United States. You will analyze and respond to card and ACH disputes, collaborating with fraud and disputes teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of chargeback or fraud investigation experience, strong data analysis skills, and a results‑driven mindset. The role requires English resumes and operates on a full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm CST.
