Federal Agreements Specialist; Fully Remote

• Manage and coordinate Interagency Agreements (IAAs), reimbursable agreements, MOUs, MOAs, and other federal partnership or funding agreements throughout their lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain an Annual Agreements Plan and tracking tools for real-time visibility into agreement status, funding, and milestones.
• Prepare agreement packages and coordinate programmatic, administrative, financial, legal, and management reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience, or equivalent, supporting federal agreements, acquisition, contracts, or grants.
• Experience with Interagency Agreements, reimbursable agreements, or similar federal funding mechanisms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for developing and maintaining tracking tools.
