About The OpportunityFCM Consulting is seeking a Travel Manager to serve as the primary contact for OTR (Outsourced Travel Resource) clients, partnering with Consultants, Analysts, Coordinators, Account Management, and other brands to deliver impactful travel management solutions. This role provides strategic insight across regional and global travel portfolios and helps organizations optimize their travel programs. You will lead initiatives that drive traveler engagement, supplier performance, duty of care, sourcing strategy, and program success metrics.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for FCM Consulting OTR clients and coordinate execution across internal teams.
- Lead global travel program consolidation initiatives and accelerate traveler adoption.
- Partner with sourcing teams to optimize supplier agreements, drive savings, and enhance traveler experience.
- Manage strategic sourcing activities, including RFPs and supplier performance management.
- Drive performance and utilization of preferred airline, hotel, car rental, and ground transportation suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
- Develop and promote traveler safety and duty of care programs, protocols, and reporting.
- Coordinate incident response planning with client risk management and security stakeholders.
- Create and execute stakeholder communication and engagement strategies.
- Support demand management and traveler behavior change initiatives.
- Implement and enhance small meetings management processes and spend optimization opportunities.
- Track, measure, and communicate travel program success metrics and benchmarking insights.
- Conduct satisfaction surveys and implement action plans based on stakeholder feedback.

- 7+ years of account management, consulting, and/or travel management experience.
- Proven experience navigating large organizations and complex stakeholder environments.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies.
- Experience with T&E (travel & expense) reporting.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced Excel capabilities.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and experience coordinating teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-starter who performs effectively in a fast-paced environment.
