Kelly'sFinancial Design Consultant is accountable for:
Document and compile customer operational and billing setup specifications
Execute data entry and batch validation across customer profile and billing systems
Use Postman to validate API payloads and sync data integrity between Hub Spot and KSN
Configure customer program master data in operational systems
Draft, maintain, and execute technical work instructions
Support setup and updates across P&I, SETT, Education, RPO, MSP, and PPO business units
Identify data mismatches, operational errors, and system validation failures and execute corrections
Experience:
Experience working within billing, accounts receivable, or finance-adjacent systems
Proven track record in high-volume system data entry and data validation
Experience writing and following technical SOPs and work instructions
Hands-on experience working across multiple enterprise software platforms
Hands-on experience using Postman for API/data verification preferred
Experience working in Hub Spot, KSN, People Soft, Workday, or Bullhorn preferred
Experience with VMS platforms preferred
Staffing industry or implementation service delivery experience preferred
Base compensation range: $38,775 – $51,700 annually. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
