- This role reports directly to goop's Founder & Co-CEO and is dedicated to the Founder's business.
- You'll work in close partnership with Co-CEO Moj Mahdara and the executive team.
- Your number one responsibility is running the Notion calendar and logistics.
- Own the Notion calendar and coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events.
- Execute projects led by the Co-CEOs, tracking milestones and driving tasks to completion.
- Set up new tools and AI apps, and manage Slack and Notion work spaces.
- 3-5 years of business experience with at least 2 years in project management or executive operations.
- Expert in Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT.
- Based in North America with ability to travel 8-10 times a year.
