Customer Experience Specialist; Fully Remote

• Serve as a strategic advisor to school and district partners throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing adoption to drive value realization and satisfaction.

• Lead customer initiatives, develop success plans, and track product adoption metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve retention, reduce churn, and enhance platform offerings.

• 3+ years in Customer Success, account management, or implementation, preferably in SaaS or edtech.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with a passion for mission-driven education impact.
