People Operations Specialist; Fully Remote

• Process HRIS transactions, contracts, and payroll inputs for employee lifecycle changes.
• Own onboarding and offboarding end-to-end, including logistics and documentation.
• Administer leave, maintain people data, and submit group reports.

What we need from you:

• In month one, take over recurring reporting, onboarding, and contract mapping with Legal and Finance.
• By month three, manage employee platforms and present automation recommendations.
• By month six, own all People Operations admin independently and support new tool rollout.

What you need to be great at:

• Acting on feedback and improving how you work based on input.
• Driving automation via workflows, templates, and AI tools.
• Thinking in systems and managing stakeholders across Legal, Finance, and managers.
