Enterprise Key Account Director; Fully Remote

• You are the quarterback for our largest accounts from signature through first renewal.
• You'll own the plan and coordinate implementation managers, support engineers, product, and sales.
• Expect to be hands-on: configuring voice agents, rewriting playbooks, tracing integration issues.

What we're looking for:

• 4+ years in management consulting, enterprise implementation, or technical account management.
• Technical enough to go deep on APIs, webhooks, and data flows; SQL or light scripting is a plus.
• You use AI seriously in your own work and have a view on trustworthy LLM-based agents.
