This role partners closely with the CEO, CFO, and senior leaders to ensure leadership decisions are supported by accurate data, high-quality presentations, and effective project execution.
Job Duties and Responsibilities ESG Reporting & Sustainability Metrics- Coordinate the collection, validation, and reporting of company-wide Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics.
- Collaborate with department leaders to gather sustainability, workforce, governance, and operational data.
- Develop executive-level ESG dashboards, reports, and annual reporting materials.
- Monitor reporting timelines and ensure data accuracy and consistency across all ESG initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve ESG reporting processes and data management practices.
- Create high-impact presentations and briefing materials for the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team.
- Translate complex business, financial, operational, and ESG data into concise executive-level summaries.
- Prepare presentation materials for leadership meetings, board meetings, investor discussions, strategic planning sessions, and company-wide communications.
- Ensure all presentations align with company branding and executive communication standards.
- Develop and maintain company-wide KPI tracking processes.
- Coordinate with department leaders to set targets for, collect, and consolidate key performance metrics.
- Produce recurring executive dashboards and scorecards highlighting organizational performance.
- Monitor trends, identify reporting risks, and support leadership decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Support the CEO, CFO, and Executive Leadership Team with special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, status updates, and progress trackers.
- Coordinate activities across multiple departments to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Prepare project updates and recommendations for executive review.
- Manage follow-up actions and ensure accountability for deliverables.
- Coordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings, including agenda preparation, materials distribution, meeting notes, and action-item tracking.
- Maintain records of executive decisions, strategic priorities, and ongoing initiatives.
- Support planning and execution of executive offsites, leadership workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
- Serve as a central point of contact for leadership team coordination activities.

Education, Experience, and Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Corporate Sustainability, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in executive support, business operations, project coordination, management consulting, finance, or corporate strategy.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
- Experience working with performance metrics, dashboards, and business reporting.
- ESG reporting or sustainability-related experience is a plus.
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information in a fast-paced executive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Point, Excel, Word, and Teams.
- Strong presentation design and storytelling skills.
- Robust analytical and data management capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
