We are Dover Precision Components, #LifeAtDPCDover Precision Components (DPC) is hiring an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Specialist to serve as the focal point for ESG compliance, sustainability initiatives, supplier compliance programs, and customer ESG requirements across Dover Precision Components.

Jeffersonville, IN; or Rock Island, IL.WHAT YOU’LL DOThis role will collaborate closely with HSE, Engineering, R&D, Quality, Trade Compliance, Procurement, Sales, Legal, Manufacturing Engineering, and Operations teams to support global sustainability objectives, ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations, manage customer and supplier ESG requirements, and drive continuous improvement in ESG performance. The position will play a critical role in protecting revenue, reducing compliance risk, supporting customer requirements, and advancing Dover's sustainability strategy.

This role is intended to manage increasing ESG compliance activities including customer requests, supplier compliance programs, greenhouse gas reporting, sustainability assessments, and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

Monitor ESG regulations and ensure DPC compliance with global environmental, sustainability, and product compliance requirements.

Manage customer ESG requests, declarations, questionnaires, and sustainability reporting requirements.

Manage ESG platforms (example, Assent) and lead supplier compliance, regulatory declarations, and responsible sourcing programs.

Manage DPC's Eco Vadis assessment process and drive initiatives to improve sustainability ratings.

Collect, validate, maintain, and report ESG data, metrics, and compliance records across all sites.

Coordinate Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions reporting and support carbon reduction initiatives and environmental disclosures.
