We are seeking a Scheduling and Logistics Specialist with experience in utilizing routing software and optimizing operational efficiency. You will be part of the Operations team responsible for establishing daily Inspector schedules and ensuring exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be involved in leveraging software and business intelligence tools to maximize operational efficiency. Additionally, you will need to effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in logistics and a proven track record in utilizing tools and technologies.

Compile and interpret analytical data, making independent decisions on workload and resource allocation. Collaborate with management to determine business needs and system requirements. Plan, direct, and manage routing activities within specified constraints (time, cost, resources, and quality) in coordination with management. Use route optimization software in collaboration with the Dispatch team to optimize routes, implement efficiencies, and communicate changes to Managers and Inspectors.
