We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Oilfield Admin Coordinator to support the Director of Oilfield Services and field operations across Wyoming, Utah, and North Dakota.
This remote position will coordinate administrative and operational activities, vendor and customer communication, documentation, audits, inventory, maintenance scheduling, and follow-up on critical action items. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, identify issues, and see tasks through to completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and operational support for frac operations across multiple states.
Coordinate third-party vendors, tank movers, field services, and equipment deliveries from scheduling through completion.
Track purchase orders, inventory, equipment, supplies, tank cleaning, and frac unit maintenance schedules.
Monitor daily operational documentation, including JSAs, safety checklists, and internal audits.
Identify operational or compliance issues and coordinate corrective actions through completion.
Assist with RCAs, customer incident reports, and process improvement initiatives.
Support rig-ups, rig-downs, field team readiness, and post-job debriefs.
Assist with customer concerns and ensure timely communication and resolution.
Monitor team and customer emails and track action items to completion.
Maintain accurate operational documentation and help implement improved digital documentation and audit processes.
Support the Director of Oilfield Services and frac managers with travel, paperwork, customer needs, and other operational priorities.
Maintain consistent communication with field teams across Wyoming, Utah, and North Dakota.
Respond to critical operational needs after hours when necessary.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications1–2 years of experience in oilfield operations, preferably frac support, logistics, or operations administration.
Based in the Midland, Texas area and able to support operations across Wyoming, Utah, and North Dakota.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital documentation tools.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently in a remote environment.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, vendors, field personnel, and management.
Willingness to travel up to 20%.
Must be flexible and available to address critical operational needs when required.
