Project Manager (Data Program) Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support a large-scale enterprise Data Program. This individual will provide project coordination and governance support, helping drive user adoption initiatives, report migration efforts, and cross-functional communication across multiple business and technical teams.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting data-focused initiatives and be skilled at tracking deliverables, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Responsibilities- Provide project management support for enterprise data-related initiatives.
- Coordinate and track project activities, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Support user adoption and change management efforts for new processes and reporting solutions.
- Facilitate report migration projects and monitor progress against timelines.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
- Drive cross-functional communication between business and technical stakeholders.
- Assist with issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
- Support Agile project delivery methodologies and ceremonies as needed.
- Experience supporting data-focused programs, reporting initiatives, or analytics projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting, or business intelligence programs.
- Previous experience with user adoption or organizational change initiatives.
- Experience working within a PMO or large enterprise environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
