Marketing Operations Manager; Fully Remote

• Today's attribution and reporting can't show how MQLs move to closed revenue; you'll build that.
• You'll design cohort-based reporting, attribution models, and AI-powered analytics the board relies on.
• You'll administer Pardot and Salesforce end-to-end and be the go-to person for pipeline insights.

What you'll do:

• Build and maintain dashboards for funnel performance, pipeline coverage, and channel ROI.
• Build attribution infrastructure (UTM frameworks, Salesforce Campaign Influence) and push it toward AI.
• Use Claude to produce messaging and campaign assets at scale, and document all workflows.

What you'll bring:

• 5 years in marketing ops or Rev Ops at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on Pardot and Salesforce experience, including Campaign Influence.
• Proven ability to build multi-touch attribution models and use SQL for ad hoc analysis.
