To learn more about Valeris, please visit  As an Designer for Reimbursement Support, you will join our team on a journey to help eliminate barriers for patients, increase their access to medications, and help them receive lifesaving treatments while working in an environment that nurtures you. The Designer for Reimbursement Support facilitates the detailed design session(s) to collaborate with the client, internal stakeholders and external partners, to successfully design and implement programs.

- Previously served in the following departments at Mercalis or comparable roles at a similar organization – Program Management
- Patient Affordability/Market Access, Project Management, Solutions Delivery, Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Possess a firm understanding of Accumulator & Maximizer Solutions
- Exceptional note taking skills are required to capture internal & external discussions for visibility to all stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 10+ years of demonstrated strong program design performance or related responsibilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often with competing priorities
- Ability and willingness to take responsibility of delivery from a diverse and often distributed team without formal authority; ability to interact collaboratively with internal stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills for self and project team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must have for success
