Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Company OverviewElite Recovery Group LLC (ERG) is hiring an experienced, bilingual Debt Collector to join our remote collections team.
Requirements- You currently reside in Arizona
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish
- You have at least 1 year of professional debt collection experience
This is not an entry-level collections position. We are looking for an experienced collector who already knows how to work accounts, negotiate with consumers, overcome objections, secure payment commitments, and work toward monthly collection goals.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
- Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
- Work assigned accounts consistently and efficiently
- Overcome objections and confidently ask for payment
Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up dates - Communicate professionally with consumers regarding outstanding balances
- Meet individual collection and performance goals
- Follow FDCPA requirements and company compliance procedures
- Previous third‑party collection agency experience
- Experience negotiating settlements and payment arrangements
- Knowledge of the FDCPA and Regulation F
- Experience working high‑volume collection accounts
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly collection goals
- 100% remote
- Early schedule — off at 4:00 PM Monday–Thursday
- Off at NOON every Friday
- No weekends
- $20–$22 per hour, based on experience
