Group Product Manager - Governance Risk & Compliance REMOTE POSITION We are seeking a highly skilled Group Product Manager to spearhead product strategy and execution within the realm of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS). This role is suited for a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset and a deep expertise in GRC/RMIS. You will play a pivotal role in aligning customer needs, competitive intelligence, and technological advancements to create impactful product strategies.

Key Responsibilities Craft and implement a cohesive product vision and strategy for GRC/RMIS offerings.

Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap that aligns with both customer demands and business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers and Product Analysts.

Conduct in-depth customer and market research to uncover new needs and opportunities.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of competitive products, market trends, and industry dynamics.

Engage with clients directly to comprehend their challenges and identify product enhancement opportunities.

Translate insights into actionable product strategies and value propositions.

Oversee products from concept through development, launch, and post-launch evaluation.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure the successful delivery of products.

Monitor product KPIs and business metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

Utilize data and AI insights to validate product priorities and solutions.

Promote the responsible use of AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).Identify emerging technologies and trends for competitive advantage.

Ensure product alignment with organizational strategies.

Conduct performance evaluations and support the career development of team members.

Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 8 years in the GRC domain.

Experience in roles related to product management, product marketing, or similar fields.

Strong understanding of GRC/RMIS markets and industry dynamics.

Proven strategic thinking and execution capabilities.

Ability to convert industry expertise into actionable product strategies.

Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as technology, business, or engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with RMIS platforms or risk management technologies.

Proficiency in using AI tools in product development.

Experience in managing or mentoring other product professionals.

Background in enterprise software, insurance technology, or related sectors.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of both the GRC/RMIS industry and technology. You should excel in identifying customer challenges, evaluating market opportunities, and driving product initiatives from concept to execution. Experience in managing Product Managers is desirable but not essential; expertise and strategic execution are prioritized.

Compensation Base Salary: $145,000–$185,000
