Manager, Compliance Auditor; Fully Remote

• This remote position focuses on strengthening compliance practices and risk management across nonprofit chapters.
• You will conduct audits, evaluate findings, and support corrective actions with clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance audits and assess adherence to organizational policies and applicable requirements.
• Analyze results, document findings, and recommend practical corrective actions.
• Collaborate with chapter teams and leadership to build trusted relationships and support governance.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional work experience; nonprofit compliance or auditing experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely in the contiguous US and travel approximately 20% for meetings and visits.
• Annual salary of $63,200-$70,000 with comprehensive benefits from day one.
