In this role, you’ll partner with one child each day, helping them participate, grow socially, and build independence in a safe, joyful environment.

This is a great opportunity for aspiring teachers, SPED professionals, RBTs, paraprofessionals, college students, or anyone passionate about inclusive education.

• Monday–Friday: 1:45 PM–5:30 PM
• Wednesdays (early release): 12:30 PM start
• No evenings. No weekends. No take-home work.

• Enjoy helping children with unique needs feel included
• Have experience in special education—or are eager to learn
• Bring a calm, positive, and patient attitude
• Want to make a difference every day

• High school diploma or GED
• Love for working with children
• No teaching certificate required
