Salary: £37,280 - £46,142 (Career Grade)
Working Arrangements: Agile – 3 days in the office as a minimum
This is a full‑time role. We are committed to supporting work‑life balance and will consider flexible working requests, including job share, in line with service needs. Because continuity of support to service users is essential, any flexible working arrangements must ensure consistency in case management.

About The Post12‑Month Maternity Cover. To apply you must hold a Social Work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
We are looking to recruit experienced, highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed professional social workers to join our Children and Young People Team in Cudworth. You will work collaboratively with families and agencies, promoting outcomes for children and young people. You will focus on timely, creative, and individual responses to support children and families.
A confident and experienced qualified social work professional, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have experience working with children subject to Child In Need, Child Protection, and in care proceedings, in partnership with families and agencies to drive plans and promote outcomes.
We will provide a comprehensive induction programme, dedicated supervision, and a commitment to your learning and development, supported by a robust Continuous Professional Development programme through our Practice Development Hub.
