Capstone Foster Care is seeking a Supervising Social Worker for a home-based role covering Devon & Cornwall. You will manage a caseload of foster families, work with the team to provide a high-quality, safe service, and participate in occasional evening/weekend hours as part of the out-of-hours rota.
The role requires a relevant Social Work qualification, SWE registration, and knowledge of fostering/childcare legislation. Driving licence and UK work eligibility are essential.
