We are seeking a patient, dependable, hands-on caregiver for our 4-year-old son. He has a speech and communication delay but no formal diagnosis. He knows his numbers, colors, and ABCs and says a few words, but needs help with back-and-forth communication.
I work from home in a highly focused role, so the caregiver must work independently and interrupt me only for important questions or emergencies. This is not a passive supervision role. We need someone who will actively engage him through conversation, reading, learning games, crafts, and play. Consistent potty training is a must. Experience with potty training, speech delays, or early childhood development is preferred.
