Nanny & Early Learning Facilitator

About the Role

Our client is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced Nanny & Early Learning Facilitator to provide comprehensive care and early education for children. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about fostering development through play and structured activities. While primarily focused on direct childcare, this role will leverage remote capabilities for planning, resource development, and communication, offering a unique blend of in-person care and remote administrative flexibility.

You will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that stimulates learning, encourages curiosity, and supports the overall well-being of the children, collaborating closely with parents to ensure consistency and growth.

• Provide attentive and nurturing daily care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate early learning activities , games, and routines to promote cognitive and motor skills.
• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to dietary guidelines and preferences.
• Manage the children's daily schedule, including playtime, rest periods, and educational engagement.
• Utilize remote tools for planning curriculum, tracking progress, and communicating updates to parents, reinforcing learning at home in Polokwane .

• Proven experience as a Nanny or Early Childhood Educator with strong references.
• A strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate learning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in virtual collaboration tools.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is mandatory.
• Creative, patient, and responsible attitude towards childcare and education.
