In this role, you will be responsible for implementing therapeutic strategies while collaborating with a supportive team remotely. Your home will serve as a sanctuary for children who have experienced adverse situations, fostering their emotional and developmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe haven for children in foster care

• Use therapeutic methods to support their development

• Work closely with the support team via remote communication

• Attend online training and support groups

• Accompany children to appointments when needed

Requirements:

• 25 years or older with a stable home environment

• Clear background check and home study required

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Commitment to empathy in child welfare

• Access to reliable internet for remote sessions
