Residential Sales Representative

Fidelis Construction Inc. – Snohomish County, WA (Local Applicants Preferred)

Fidelis Construction Inc. is a fast-growing residential remodeling company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Residential Sales Representative to join our team. This position focuses on following up on warm leads generated through referrals and ongoing marketing campaigns — no cold calling required.

Responsibilities:

· Follow up on leads provided by the company (referrals and active marketing)

· Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs

· Guide clients through options, budgets, and project expectations

· Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff

· Visit job sites as needed to maintain client confidence and clear communication

What We’re Looking For:

· Familiarity with all phases of residential remodeling and construction

· Proven background in sales (preferably in home services or construction)

· Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills

· Basic knowledge of construction estimating is helpful but not required

· Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

· Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized

Compensation & Benefits:

· Base pay + commission (negotiable based on experience — we’re open to proposals)

Schedule:

Projects located throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areas

Flexible hours, but availability for daytime client meetings is required
