E.N.G. Developers is rapidly expanding and seeking an experienced Director of Construction Operations to lead our Custom Home Division. This role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader with deep knowledge of the Houston residential construction market and a proven track record overseeing luxury and custom home builds.

• Lead and oversee all construction operations for the Custom Home Division, managing project managers, superintendents, and field staff.
• Oversee multiple concurrent custom home projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
• Implement and enforce Buildertrend systems for scheduling, communication, document control, and cost tracking.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and maintain a trusted, high‑quality network of trade partners and vendors.
• Collaborate closely with clients, designers, and architects to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Review and manage project budgets, forecasts, profit margins, and overall operational performance.
• Report operational results and key metrics directly to executive leadership.
• Represent E.N.G. Developers at client meetings, trade events, and community functions.

• Minimum 10 years of residential construction experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles focused on custom homes or luxury builds.
• Proven success leading construction operations or project teams for a reputable homebuilding or development company.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Buildertrend.
• Established network of Houston‑area subcontractors and vendors.
• Strong understanding of local building codes, permits, and inspections in Harris, Waller, Montgomery, and Fort Bend counties.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, P&L, departmental growth, and operational scalability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Background as a veteran, construction executive, or family‑business leader is strongly preferred.
