Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Cleveland, OH company to search and qualify candidates for their Traveling Superintendent position. Our client is a small, stable company that moves quickly on decisions. Their workforce is important to them and they offer per diem up front, pay bonuses per job completed.

- Managing all project budgets and schedules
- Demonstrating excellent written and oral communication skills
- Providing attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must have 3-5 years of retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience as a Superintendent
- The Superintendent must have previous experience with ground up and tenant fit outs
- The Superintendent must have the ability to travel to multiple states such as OR, WA, CA, OH, WI, and IL
- Strong leadership and management skills
- The Superintendent must have direct experience with projects ranging from $500K - $1.5 mil
Salary Range: $90-120K
