Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Site Supervisor - offering strong international project exposure, competitive salary package, and a company car with travel opportunities.
Salary: €60,000 - €70,000 + company car.
Location: Belgium (remote base) with regular travel to project sites.
The employer/client/company specialises in the industrial engineering and construction sector, and is focused on delivering complex technical projects with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency. They have an exciting opportunity for a Site Supervisor to join their team.
This position is well-suited to a detail-oriented, hands‑on person who is looking to take ownership of on‑site delivery and progress into broader project responsibility within industrial environments. This position is based in the site operations/project execution environment and answers to the Project Execution Manager.
You will coordinate site activities, ensure smooth execution of works, and support successful project delivery across multiple stakeholders and subcontractors.
Responsibilities- Ensure safe site execution in line with QSHE standards and local regulations.
- Prepare and coordinate site activities, including labour and equipment mobilisation.
- Supervise subcontractors and assembly teams to ensure quality and schedule compliance.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks or deviations, and escalate when needed.
- Manage site administration, reporting, permits, documentation, and cost tracking.
- Experience in on‑site supervision within industrial, construction, or engineering projects.
- Strong understanding of safety standards and site compliance practices. Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and cost control. Strong organisational, communication, and reporting skills.
