Project Manager - Construction - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects across the Dallas‑Fort Worth area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys collaborating with field and office teams, and can successfully manage projects from pre‑construction through closeout.

This is a hybrid position based near Dallas, with a combination of on‑site project visits, office collaboration, and remote work flexibility.

• Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from planning to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships
• Proficiency with project management and construction software
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel to job sites throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
