Job Details:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. As a reputable General Contractor, our company is involved in various construction projects, including ground‑up, multifamily, commercial, and retail construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, including Big Box Retail Construction. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated professional to take a leading role in our fast‑paced, growing company.
Responsibilities- A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Construction industry, with a focus on ground‑up multifamily.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various construction sites.
- PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
