Retail Construction Senior Project Manager

The Remote Retail Construction Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage retail construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Prepare and present regular progress reports to key stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and equipment in alignment with project needs. Prior Senior Project Manager Experience managing retail construction projects. Retail project experience ranging from $250k -$1.2 Million dollars. 5+ Years as a Senior Project Manager Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes. Exceptional organizational and project management skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities to coordinate with diverse teams. Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and scheduling.
