Project Engineer - Construction Support
You've been in the trenches-coordinating submittals, juggling RFIs, tracking change orders, and keeping schedules from slipping off the rails.

Now, we're looking for someone like you to join our Springfield area office.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate submittals and manage project documentation with precision
- Support project managers and engineers across multiple active jobs
- Assist with estimating, scheduling, and cost tracking systems
- Prepare RFIs, change orders, and delay notifications
- Help close out projects with clean, complete documentation
- Be a trusted resource for clients who rely on our expertise
What You Bring:
- Experience in a contractor-side role-Project Engineer, APM, or similar
- Familiarity with submittals, RFIs, change orders, and scheduling tools
- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
- Bonus points if you've worked with estimating software or CPM schedules
