Basic qualifications:

• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in custom residential development (preferably in various locations or managing multiple projects).
• Overseeing multiple projects (typically 5-10 at a time) with average construction expenses ranging from $390k to $550k (or higher).
• Proven track record of 5+ years in successful operations & project management within New Construction.
• Strong team-building skills & excellent communication abilities with customers/owners are a must.

Compensation and benefits:

• Competitive salary & bonus structure ($80-85k salary DOE + Bonus)
• Bonus = $500-1000 / home completed
