Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in K-12 Construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically those related to K-12 school facilities with a project value of $50M+. The role demands a high level of responsibility, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, and monitor the progress of the project against these plans.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and delays.
