Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in K-12 Construction to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in managing large-scale construction projects, specifically those related to K-12 school facilities with a project value of $50M+. The role demands a high level of responsibility, leadership, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful completion of our projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, construction managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure all parties are aligned and working towards common goals.

Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, and monitor the progress of the project against these plans.

Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues and delays.
