Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor for data center construction (heavy civil). This role is remote within the United States with occasional site travel and focuses on disciplined cost management to meet client objectives.
You will support procurement, prepare detailed cost estimates, maintain cost plans, review proposals, and contribute to risk and value engineering exercises across heavy civil scopes.
