As Project Manager you will beworking with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractorstorestore properties to pre-loss condition that have been caused by water, fire, mold, etc. We are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, computer experience, organization and renovation/remodeling experience.

Previous project managementexperienceispreferred. This job does have some work from home capability when needed. (must be living in the work zone area)

• General construction knowledge.
• Ability to schedule multiple projects and subcontractors.
• Communicate professionally.
• Ensure project safety and quality control.
• Ability totime manage, budget,and site supervise,
• Ability to document jobs, change orders and work ordersin a timely manner.
• Communicate with customers and insurance companies effectively.
• Abilityto lift 50+ lbs..
• Work on ladders.
• Work independently or with a team.
