Remote Field Manager — Commercial Flooring

Floors Etc. is seeking a Field Manager to oversee commercial flooring projects across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC. You will manage projects from pre-installation through closeout, ensuring safety, scheduling, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will coordinate with Project Managers, Sales, Estimating, subcontractors, installers, and general contractors to review plans, manage schedules, and lead field teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.
