Project Manager - Division

Overview

At One Source Products, we specialize in Division 8 construction—doors, frames, hardware, and specialty openings. We re looking for a Project Manager who knows how to lead with precision, communicate with confidence, and keep commercial construction projects moving on time and on budget.

• Oversee and coordinate Division 8 scopes from pre-construction through closeout
• Collaborate with general contractors, architects, suppliers, and field teams
• Manage detailing, submittals, purchasing, change orders, and project schedules
• Ensure top-quality results and client satisfaction every step of the way

• Proven success managing Division 8 scopes (doors, frames, hardware, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Comsense, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools
