Construction Rep​/Inspector

CPH is seeking a Construction Rep/Inspector to join the team supporting constructability and survey reviews. This role is open to individuals with prior expertise or exposure to water utilities and water/wastewater projects. Experience with wastewater treatment plant operations and knowledge of pipelines, pumps, and lift stations is a plus.

Location flexibility is available to choose a home office in Orlando or Sanford, FL. The position involves a construction inspection focus with work hours that vary and may require flexibility to align with the project schedule.

• Ensure construction projects are completed according to project plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct on-site inspections of work related to water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipeline projects.
• Identify and document discrepancies; verify compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

• Experience or exposure to water utilities and water/wastewater projects.
• Background in construction inspection; ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and codes.
• Knowledge of wastewater treatment plant operations, pipelines, pumps, and lift stations is a plus.
• Flexible schedule and ability to adapt to project timing; self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
