An experienced Project Manager is sought to lead commercial construction projects, including ground‑up developments and fast‑track restaurant builds.
Experience & CompensationExperience Level: Senior Level – This role requires extensive project management experience in general contracting and commercial construction.
Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year (plus bonus potential).
Requirements- Project Manager experience with a general contractor.
- Experience with commercial construction.
- Experience managing ground‑up projects.
- Project experience with restaurants or other fast‑track projects.
Based in Florida, we specialize in commercial construction, including restaurants, grocery stores, and multi‑story shell buildings. We are expanding rapidly and need an immediate Project Manager.
