Sitelines, PA is seeking a Civil Engineer - Project Manager to join our Civil team. This role expands our project management capacity across site/civil and land development projects for public and private clients, including multi-family housing and commercial developments.
You will own projects from concept through permitting and construction support. The ideal candidate has 4–8 years of site/civil experience, strong design skills, and a Maine PE license preferred.
