Full Time – 40 hours, Monday to Friday

• Managing subcontractor accounts proactively, ensuring payment notices are issued on time and final accounts are agreed efficiently.
• Preparing and submitting accurate valuations and claims through the client’s Confirm system, including all supporting documentation.
• Accurately measuring completed works using as‑built information and site records in accordance with recognised methods of measurement.
• Collaborating with operational teams and supply chain partners to gather evidence, support valuations and resolve client queries.
• Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Supporting and developing Assistant Quantity Surveyors and other members of the commercial team.
• Contributing to improved commercial performance, efficiency savings and value generation for all stakeholders.

• A Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering qualification, or significant relevant industry experience.
• At least 4 years’ experience within the construction industry.
• Proven experience managing valuations, payment applications and variations.
• Strong knowledge of standard methods of measurement (experience of MMHW would be advantageous).
• Experience in rates build‑up, cost control and commercial reporting.
• The ability to prepare and analyse CVRs to improve both commercial and operational performance.
• Experience working under NEC forms of contract (desirable).
