We're partnering with a leading structural steel contractor to recruit an experienced Account Executive to spearhead business development across Colorado's commercial and industrial construction market.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing business, playing a key role in expanding market share while earning substantial commission on the work you secure.
If you have an established network with General Contractors, Developers, Owners, or Construction Managers and understand how commercial construction projects are won, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:- Develop and grow relationships with General Contractors, Developers and Owners.
- Identify and secure new commercial and industrial construction opportunities.
- Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through proposal, negotiation, award and project handover.
- Partner with estimating, preconstruction and operations teams to develop winning strategies.
- Position the business as a trusted long-term construction partner rather than simply another subcontractor.
- Represent the company with professionalism at client meetings, networking events and industry functions.
- Ensure a seamless transition from project award into successful delivery.
Proven B2B sales success within commercial construction.
Experience selling one or more of the following:
- Structural Steel
- Construction Services
- Commercial Building Packages
- An established network within the Colorado construction market.
- Experience working with General Contractors, Owners and Developers.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Executive-level communication and relationship-building ability.
A track record of winning high-value construction projects.
- Hybrid working (Work from Home Fridays)
