You will lead bid analysis for heavy civil and underground projects, coordinating with estimating managers, suppliers, and clients to develop accurate cost projections and schedules. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management and 5+ years in heavy civil or mining, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, HCSS, and Primavera P6.
