Position Summary:We’re hiring an Estimator/Project Engineer to support our Lead Estimator and Project Managers on complex, high‑profile construction projects. This is a full‑time, entry‑level role ideal for recent graduates in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. You’ll work directly with estimators, field crews, subcontractors, and management to bid and build our mountain projects.

- Support Estimators with bidding and preconstruction services including quantity takeoffs and pricing for earthwork, utilities, roadways, and other civil scopes.
- Support Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and coordination of heavy civil construction projects
- Perform field engineering tasks including documentation, RFI/submittal tracking, materials procurement, takeoffs, and quantity tracking
- Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Spend regular time on job sites —driving a company vehicleacross project locations
- Work long construction hours, including early mornings and full days in the office and the field
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Internship, fieldwork, or academic experience in civil construction preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced construction environment
- Comfortable with frequent local travel and driving in mountainous terrain
