H. T. PROF Group is seeking an Estimator (Senior Estimator) for multifamily construction in the Nashville/Brentwood, TN area. The role focuses on preconstruction activities from concept to bid package, leading the bid process and coordinating with design teams.
The ideal candidate has extensive multifamily estimating experience, knowledge of wood-framed construction, and proficiency with Onscreen Take-off, Smart Bid, and Sage Estimating. Direct-hire opportunity with potential for growth.
