Hiring REMOTE Takeoff Estimator - Multiple positions immediately available.
Compensation: $1400-$2500 USD Per Month!
We help US businesses hire applicants from various countries for REMOTE job opportunities, and we have multiple open Takeoff Estimator positions we need to immediately hire. You would be working directly with the business.
Responsibilities:- Perform quantity takeoffs from blueprints, drawings, and specifications using takeoff software.
- Prepare detailed material and labor quantity reports to support the estimating and bidding process.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify scope, potential discrepancies, or missing information.
- Collaborate with estimators and project managers to ensure takeoffs align with bid requirements and timelines.
- Maintain organized, accurate documentation for each project's takeoff data.
- Request pricing from vendors and subcontractors as needed to support cost estimates.
- Experience with On-Screen Takeoff
- Familiarity with Bluebeam
- Knowledge of Plan Swift
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- +1 Years of experience in a Takeoff Estimator role or related role.
- Fluent English, both verbal and written.
- Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset.
- High level of motivation and persistence.
- Energetic and upbeat.
- Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
