We're seeking to hire a talented Landing Page Designer to join our team.

• Design high-converting landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for landing page concepts.
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance data to continuously improve page effectiveness.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while optimizing for conversion goals.
• Nice to have:
  Basic HTML/CSS knowledge or web development experience.

• A portfolio showcasing design work with strong artistic skills and creative vision.
• Effectively communicate creative ideas and artistic rationale.
• Able to work independently, prioritize accordingly, and iterate quickly.
• Strong communication skills without a fear of over communication.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc).
• Self-motivated, able to work independently but also collaborative and driven by group critique.
