Digital Asset & Creative Operations Manager Remote

The Digital Asset & Creative Operations Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, consistency, and excellence across Imagine’s global portfolio of brands and projects. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications & Brand Management, this role supports the seamless development, organization, and distribution of creative assets serving as the operational bridge between marketing & brand, creative, and external partners and licensors.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, precision, and creative problem-solving - ensuring every campaign asset is delivered on time, on brand, and in compliance with partner guidelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage creative workflow, feedback and trafficking between marketing, design, licensors, and local partners.
  • Maintain digital asset library organization and version control, ensuring access and consistency across internal teams and external partners.
  • Oversee freelancers and partners, providing clear creative direction and ensuring adherence to templates, brand standards, and file specs.
  • Prepare materials for licensor review and approval, ensuring all assets meet brand standards and specifications.
  • Submit, track, and manage approvals through licensors, maintaining a detailed record of feedback and timelines.
  • Relay brand feedback from licensors to designers and local partners, ensuring accurate implementation and documentation of required changes.
  • Traffic final approved creative to agencies and vendors.
  • Open and make minor file edits in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Monitor and report on workflow progress and asset readiness to leadership, ensuring proactive communication on priorities and potential bottlenecks.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in creative operations, digital asset management, or marketing production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and video editing software).
  • Demonstrated experience managing freelancers and creative workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Understanding of digital and print marketing asset types (video, paid digital, social, web, OOH, etc.) and their specifications.
  • Knowledge of digital trafficking, version control, and brand compliance workflows.
  • Strong understanding of social media; including active with personal accounts across platforms.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work across global time zones.

Competencies:
  • Agency or multi-brand experience, managing multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Experience coordinating with licensors or global brand teams.
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling and how creative assets contribute to marketing goals.
  • Atlanta-based to work on-site daily at office; however, open to candidates in other U.S. locations who have demonstrated record of successful remote work experience.
  • Ability to function in high-pressure situations.
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer.
  • Correctable vision and hearing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Clear, easy to understand oral communication ability.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally for the purpose of moving equipment on and off shelves.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
  • Ability to sit for long periods.
  • Capability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Skilled in the use of computer and office equipment.
  • Proficient in activities requiring manual dexterity of both hands.
  • Travel domestically and/or internationally based on business needs.
